If you had to reschedule your exam and will lose access to the product before your exam date, simply fill out the form below to apply for a product extension. Please be advised that the 2019, 2020, and 2021 Learning Systems (along with all earlier versions) are no longer available for extensions, as these products have been discontinued. Additionally, the 2022 SHRM Learning System program will be discontinued on December 15, 2024, and will also not be available for extension.
