If you had to reschedule your exam and will lose access to the product before your exam date, simply fill out the form below to apply for a product extension. Please be advised that the 2020, 2021 and 2022 Learning Systems (along with all earlier versions) are no longer available for extensions, as these products have been discontinued.

NOTE: You MUST upload your exam appointment confirmation in the form below to receive the extension. Also, please ensure you enter the email you used to register your product, so we can locate your unique license to extend it.
