SHRM Certification Prep System Extension Request

If you had to reschedule your exam and will lose access to the product before your exam date, simply fill out the form below to apply for a product extension. Please be advised that the 2023 SHRM Certification Prep Systems (along with all earlier versions) are no longer available for extensions, as these products have been discontinued. If you are requesting to change to the 2026 SHRM Certification Prep System, you can use this form to submit this request, but it will require an exam appointment confirmation for May 1, 2026, or later.

NOTE: You MUST upload your exam appointment confirmation in the form below to receive the extension. Also, please ensure you enter the email you used to register your product, so we can locate your unique license to extend it.
