You can now extend your access directly within the SHRM Certification Prep System, no form required.

The process for requesting an extension or upgrade to your SHRM Certification Prep System has changed. You will now be able to purchase an upgrade or extension directly within the platform, starting 30 days before your product license expires.

Simply log into your Certification Prep System. If your product is expiring within the next 30 days, you will see the option to purchase a 6‑month access extension or upgrade at that time. You simply need to select the product you want to proceed with upon logging into your Certification Prep System. Available extension and upgrade options will appear directly on your dashboard, allowing you to complete your purchase in just a few clicks. They appear as follows:
