If you had to reschedule your exam and will lose access to the product before your exam date, simply fill out the form below to apply for a product extension. Please note the 2019, 2020 and 2021 Learning Systems (as well as all prior versions) are not available for extension as those products have been sunset.

NOTE: You MUST upload your exam appointment confirmation in the form below to receive the extension. Also, please ensure you enter the email you used to register your product, so we can locate your unique license to extend it.
