The only version of the Learning System eligible for an upgrade is the 2023 SHRM Learning System.

If you had to reschedule your exam and will lose access to the product before your exam date, simply fill out the form here to apply for a product extension. Please note the 2020 Learning System is not available for extension as that product will be sunset at the end of 2022.
